Who we are

Swaha AI is a fractional AI and operations partner based in NE Florida. You can reach us at [email protected]. Effective 1 October 2026.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write. We receive these when you submit the form.
• Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you send.
• Site analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and which links and buttons are clicked (for example the contact email link or a "Get a free read" button). It uses cookies or similar identifiers and records technical information such as browser, device and approximate location.
• Hosting logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard server requests to deliver the site.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a scoped quote.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To keep records of business correspondence.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it

Contact form submissions are processed by Google Forms. Analytics are processed by Google. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers have their own privacy policies.

Choices and your rights

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected]. We keep enquiries as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
